Chapter 4 General Cleaning

6. Loosen the thumbscrews (2) on the right and left fuser unit

holding plates.

Legend:

1) Thumbscrew (not visible)

2) Handle

3) Holding Plate

5) Green Lever

6) Fuser Unit

7. Grasp the handle and pull out the fuser unit until the second

handle is visible.

8. With the other hand, grasp the second handle and remove the

fuser from the printer.
